1. Services We Offer

We offer a variety of coaching services and personal development resources including—but not limited to:

workshops like B is for Boundaries, one-on-one and group coaching, Public speaking, keynotes, and panel facilitation, and digital products (workbooks, guides, planners, etc.)

All services are designed for educational and empowerment purposes and are not a substitute for licensed therapy or legal advice.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Because of the digital nature of our products and the energetic preparation involved in coaching and speaking services:

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Deposits for coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final balances for services are due according to your payment schedule (as outlined in your invoice or contract).

Please reach out if there’s an issue—we’re happy to work with you where possible.

3. Booking & Scheduling

We aim to respond to all inquiries submitted through our website form within

48 business hours.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received or a contract has been signed.

4. Confidentiality & Client Responsibility

What happens in coaching stays in coaching. We treat all personal information you share with confidentiality and care. That said, your results depend on your own participation, consistency, and application of the tools provided.

We don’t guarantee any specific outcomes and aren’t responsible for decisions you make during or after using our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including workbooks, videos, presentations, and written material) is owned by Lalovelee, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without written permission.

Purchasing a product or joining a program gives you personal use only. Sharing it beyond that is a no-go.

6. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Missed payments may result in program access being revoked until payments are up to date.

We reserve the right to pursue collections for unpaid balances.
